In 2010, a software developer and entrepreneur named Cary Abramoff co-invented something the United States Patent and Trademark Office had never seen before — a fully realized digital content management system that solved one of the most persistent frustrations of the digital age.
On October 1, 2013, the USPTO granted US Patent No. 8,548,992 ↗. Cary let the patent lapse in 2017, placing it in the public domain. In September 2024, he began rebuilding as TaskLoco.
