Calcium myth: Highest dairy countries have highest osteoporosis. Calcium from sea vegetables, sesame, kale, tofu is better absorbed.


Transition: Casein creates mild opioid effects. Allow 2–3 weeks for cravings to subside. Miso soup and sweet vegetables help.
