Blind Review — The Best Study Method

Developed by LSAT trainer 7Sage. This is the most effective practice technique.

How it works:

1. Take a section timed. Circle any answer you're not 100% confident about.

2. Score it but DON'T look at which you got wrong.

3. Go back to every circled question UNTIMED. Work through it carefully until you're confident.

4. NOW check your answers against both your timed and untimed attempts.

What this reveals:

Timed wrong + Untimed right = timing/pressure problem

Timed wrong + Untimed wrong = knowledge/skill gap

Timed right + Untimed wrong = lucky guess (dangerous)

Your untimed score is your potential. The gap between timed and untimed scores tells you exactly how much of your problem is skill vs speed.
