Some law schools now accept the GRE. Should you switch?
Take the LSAT if:
You're only applying to law schools
Your target schools are T14 (most still prefer LSAT data)
You're strong in logic and games
You want the clearest signal to admissions committees
Consider the GRE if:
You're also applying to non-law graduate programs
You've already taken the GRE and scored well
You struggle with Logic Games despite extensive practice
Your target schools explicitly welcome GRE scores
Reality: The LSAT is still the gold standard for law admissions. Schools accepting the GRE are growing but LSAT data is what admissions committees know best. When in doubt, take the LSAT.
