The Error Log — Track Every Mistake

An error log is a spreadsheet tracking every question you get wrong in practice.

Columns:

Date | Section | Question # | Type (Strengthen, Flaw, etc.) | Why I got it wrong | Correct reasoning

"Why I got it wrong" categories:

Didn't understand the stimulus

Misidentified the conclusion

Fell for a trap answer

Ran out of time

Careless error

Didn't know the concept

After 100+ entries, patterns emerge. Maybe you miss 60% of Flaw questions. Or you always fall for the "opposite" trap answer. The error log shows you exactly where to focus.

Review your log weekly. Before each practice test, read the last 20 entries. You'll stop making the same mistakes.
