Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1962, Doom combines genius-level intellect, mastery of sorcery, and near-impenetrable armor into one imperious, unforgettable package. His ego is matched only by his competence — he has bested gods, stolen the Silver Surfer's Power Cosmic, and briefly held the Beyonder's omnipotence. He believes he would run the world better than anyone else — and he may be right.
