Venom (Eddie Brock) is a disgraced journalist who bonded with the alien symbiote that once attached itself to Spider-Man, becoming one of Marvel's most iconic anti-heroes. Created by David Michelinie and Todd McFarlane in 1988, Venom's massive black form, toothy grin, and signature line "We are Venom" made him an instant fan favorite. He can mimic any clothing, nullify Spider-Man's spider-sense, and project tendrils of living darkness — a perfect dark mirror of Peter Parker.
