Moon Knight (Marc Spector) is a mercenary resurrected by the Egyptian moon god Khonshu, granted supernatural powers that wax and wane with the lunar cycle. Created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin in 1975, Marc Spector suffers from dissociative identity disorder, cycling between multiple personas including millionaire Steven Grant and taxi driver Jake Lockley. His brutal vigilantism, fractured psychology, and unique mythology make him Marvel's most compelling street-level anti-hero.
