Tse Chi Lop (born 1963) is a Canadian-Chinese crime boss who led the Sam Gor syndicate, a massive drug trafficking coalition dominating the Asian methamphetamine trade. Dubbed Asia's El Chapo by law enforcement, his organization generated an estimated $8–17 billion annually — more than all Southeast Asian heroin and methamphetamine operations combined. He was arrested in the Netherlands in 2021 and faces extradition to Australia.
