He is wanted by India for orchestrating the 1993 Bombay bombings that killed 257 people, and is listed as a global terrorist by the United States. He is believed to operate from Pakistan, where authorities deny harboring him. His criminal empire spans drug trafficking, extortion, contract killing, and money laundering across multiple continents.
