Felix Trinidad (born 1973) of Puerto Rico was one of the most beloved fighters of his era, a two-division world champion known for his devastating left hook and warrior heart.
Trinidad's knockout of Oscar De La Hoya in 1999 and his subsequent run through the junior middleweight division made him Puerto Rico's most celebrated fighter. His loss to Bernard Hopkins in 2001 remains one of that era's biggest events.
